Land South-East of Vandyke Road, Leighton Buzzard

Welbeck Land has submitted an outline planning application to Central Bedfordshire Council for up to 46 new homes, a play area, and public open space on land to the south-east of Vandyke Road.

Our landscape-led scheme is proposed for a 3.14 ha field situated between Vandyke Road and the new “Clipstone Park” development off Briggington Way.  The outline planning application seeks to establish the principle of development on this land, as well as the maximum number of new homes.  If outline planning permission is granted, a further ‘reserved matters’ application will be submitted at a later date to confirm the finer details of the scheme.
