Land South-East of Vandyke Road, Leighton Buzzard

Welbeck Land is looking to submit an outline planning application for approximately 50 new homes, a play area, and public open space, on land to the south-east of Vandyke Road.

Our landscape-led development is proposed for a 3.14 ha field situated between Vandyke Road and the new “Clipstone Park” development off Briggington Way.  The outline planning application will establish the principle of development on this land, as well as the approximate number of new homes.  If planning permission is granted, a further ‘reserved matters’ application will be submitted at a later date to confirm the finer details of the scheme.
